The Viroqua Area Foundation along with the Vernon County Agriculture Society and Vernon Memorial Healthcare collaborated together to build a much needed commercial building on the site of the Vernon County Fairgrounds.  This building is now known as the Vernon Memorial Healthcare Expo Center. The agricultural society, which oversees all aspects of the Vernon County Fair and the fairgrounds has worked diligently to make this project a reality.

The Vernon Memorial Healthcare Expo Center is among the jewels at an already vibrant fairground. The expo center has more than 10,000 square feet of space to house commercial exhibits. The facility is also used three seasons of the year for rented functions, such as wedding receptions and auctions. This is another venue that the Viroqua Area Foundation has worked with the community to provide needed services to improve our area for generations to come.
